i am proud to say that i read HP 7 already!

YEAH BAYBEH!!!! hahaha. that's why i know this is so worth posting an entry over!!!!

FYI: DON'T WORRY, I WON'T BE POSTING ANY SPOILERS! so for those who haven't read HP 7 yet, you can safely read this entry. :)

shit! grabe. i read the the book Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows for 2 days! wooh grabe! yun lang ginawa ko nung weekend. no aral, no advance reading in any other subject! SOLID HARRY POTTER! and i guess it was all worth it. yes, i HAVE FAIRLY FINISHED IT. i did not peek through the last chapter, Nineteen years later like most people i know did i didn't want to spoil myself, even though i fell into temptation and read some of the spoilers on the net. AND I TELL YOU, THE SPOILERS ON THE NET ARE FAKE!!! or at least the ones i have read...

grabe. i swear, my eyesight was so blurry yesterday that i had to hold the book directly in front of my face! as in! i couldn't make up the words clearly anymore because my vision was so messed up! oh well. that's what i get for reading a long book in 2 days. i think i could have read it in a day if only dad got the book at exactly 7:01 am (july 21, 2007 saturday). i started reading at around 10 am and finished reading it at around 9 pm the next day. promise, it's my fave book already! there's a whole of twists, and what-the-fuck moments! promise! i found myself swearing and banging on the book when i couldn't believe what i was reading. it's like i was so into story that i took it rather deeply. HAHAHA. grabe ung epilogue. nakakainis talaga. HAHAHA but it's better than the preceeding books anyway. but i still love the 4th book! ye goblet of fire forever! :D

so there, i was bit nostalgic and emo as i was reading the last book. i mean hello?! harry potter and i have been together for almost about 6-7 years. it has been in my system, my dreams, and my childhood. i don't really recommend the little kids to actually read the 7th one though. it's really the darkest book.

but i still love it!

Harry Potter, i have a confession to make. I love you. hahaha or rather, JK Rowling! i swear, i'll force my kids to read your book! i'll force it into their system! WAHAHAHA.

awww, it ends here. no more installments. no more excitement over upcoming books and info about HP. no more new fantasies of the wizarding world. no more new terms such as Quidditch, Imperius curse, patronus, pensieve, lemon drop, nearly-headless nick, the burrow, the diadem, the house-elf, Sirius, Dumbledore, Voldemort, Gryffindor, Lupin, and many more.
it really is hard to say goodbye to something you have been quite fond of over the years. the sense of consistency of presence...the understanding i share with fellow harry potter fans.

EVERYTHING!

it's just weird to realize that i have grown along with Harry Potter. i am also 17. he is of age, which means i might as well be. all throughout the years, you have kept me company when i needed some dose of escape from reality, where i could once again be a kid again. where i can run free, explore, and fantasize about everything i have dreamed of.

okay okay, this is becoming a bit too emo and senti, so i'll cut it here.

this isn't goodbye, Harry.

:)
